Lab Bioreagents Buffers have been developed through the screening of >2000 compounds with the support of machine learning (AI) and optimized through kinetic and dynamic binding tests.
NGB (I, II) are specialized developed IMMUNOGENICITY assay buffers that provides exceptional performance and broad compatibility for immunoassays. The NGB Buffers stabilize the protein binding and provide pH neutralizing effect after acid treatment.
NGB I consists of physically pre-treated and chemically modified BSA, heterophilic blocker and two proprietary components and 0.1M Tris (pH=8).
