1)1ml of cryopreserved cell suspension is loaded in a 1.8ml cryovial and transported in a dry ice-filled foam incubator; cells should be thawed as soon as possible after the receipt. If it is impossible to perform the resuscitation operation immediately, the cryopreserved cells can be stored at -80℃ for 1 month. 2)T-25 culture bottle will be transported at normal temperature after being filled with complete medium. Please observe cell growth status under microscope. Subculture at once when flask rate above 85%, while putting the flask in the incubator overnight if the number of suspended cells growing up constantly, in order to help the living suspended cells adherence once again. |

Esophageal fibroids originate from the esophageal muscular layer, most of which are located in the lower esophagus. The tumor is hard and swelling growth.The course generally is longer, ranging from several months to several years, and is the most common benign esophageal tumor. Isolating and culturing esophageal fibroblasts in vitro have established the experimental foundation for studying the biological characteristics of esophageal fibroma and the mechanism of canceration.
